Our management team members serve as board members and officers in numerous regional, state and national ag industry organizations. As a result, we are up to date on industry trends and changes on a ongoing basis. The investment in employee time and travel to participate is high, but the leadership return is much higher.

We are the California ag leader in Homeland Security Act compliance and are prepared for the 2009 changes in the Homeland Security Act that will forever change how we do business as an industry.

Many of our employes serve in volunteer leadership positions in the communities where they live and work. 

We conduct on site training at our facilities for local fire departments, police and rescue units.
